Return Policy

We get it - sometimes something just don’t work for you and you want to return or exchange. At Felic, we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase(which we really hope is not the case!), we offer a hassle-free return policy. 

Eligibility for Returns: 

Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date. 

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

Package the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. 

Shipping: Share the updated details on the above contact information on where we can pick up the product from and we will get it done. 

Refund Process: 

Stay Updated: We'll keep you informed about your refund status as soon as we receive your return. 

Swift Refund: We'll initiate your refund within 24 hours of receiving your returned item in its original condition. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank's processing time. 

Hassle-Free Returns: For a smooth refund process, ensure your return meets our eligibility criteria. 

Exchange Policy : You can opt for an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour. The shipping process will follow our standard shipping policies
